Whammy Bar Click and Strumming

So, my guitar seems to work fine so far, but I noticed that if I push the whammy bar all the way down, it makes a "click" when it moves back up. It doesn't quite touch the body of the guitar, but comes very close. Just curious if anyone else has a guitar that does this.

Just to clarify, it's working fine aside from making a small noise. My Strum bar seems to be working just fine, though I am having a hard time with long series of repeated notes. (I think this may be a skill issue, not a technical problem.)

I've noticed the same thing with long fast repeated notes...It could just be a skill thing but I swear sometimes the strum bar doesn't come up enough for it to register a down stroke (which is what I usually do) - The thing with my whammy bar is that it's kinda loose in the round white housing. I can't leave it by my hand and the strum bar, it falls down no matter how I orient the guitar... no clicking however.
