Going to see my favorite band ever for the first time ever! Anyone ever seen em live before? For the DVDs and youTube, it looks to be a hell of a show.

I went and bought Light Grenades yesterday. I like it so far. Incubus is pretty good.

Sorry guys! I was away on vacation and totally forgot about this thread. Incubus was spectacular. They played all of their hits except for Pardon Me, which I still cannot place my finger on why... They started with Quicksand and Kiss To Send Us Off, the first two songs off Light Grenades, and followed with one of my favorites, Drive. They did play some classics, and the Encore was Aqueous Transmission, which apparently only true Incubus fans can appreciate, as I heard some dry comments on the way out... But other than the fact that they didn't play Pardon Me, it was one hell of a show, with the best performance all around being "Here In My Room", which had a 4 minute extended bass solo and a 2-3 minute guitar solo following that. Those guys are hella good at what they do...

I also saw them for the first time about a week prior in Toronto on the 2nd. That was the greatest concert I've ever been to. The only word to describe it would be euphoric. Thats sick they played Here in my Room, thats one of my faves and they didnt play it in Toronto. The highlight of the toronto show for me was probably when they pulled vitamin out. I did NOT expect that at all and it was just so intense. Jesus I wanna see them again.

Agreed totally. They played vitamin at the show I was at too, and it blew my mind. That, Circles, and Certain Shade of Green. I was really happy about their song selection overall. It was more for Incubus fans than just for Light Grenade fans.

Just saw them in Dallas on Sunday, and I've seen the band perform now 4 times total. They are one of the best to see live, no doubt. Please understand that they have been playing Pardon Me on tour since 1999. They have retired it from most of the setlists this year, but it will probably make a return once another record comes out and they tour again. And your are right, only the true, hardcore fans really appreciate Aqueous. Its a mellow way to finish out a concert, but for some reason it just seemed cool and classy (and a major change from the way they usually finish a concert, either with Meglo or Pardon Me).

Anyway, would love to see some of their stuff make their way into Rock Band, or atleast downloadable content later on.

I saw them August 6th in Philly and they're were awesome.

Are You In and Aqueous Transmission was what they played for the encore.

Aww, they didn't play Are You In, which is one of my personal favorites. Glad to know someone gets to hear it ;)
