Nothing would please me more than to see the entire Lateralus album downloadable. Of course, anyone who even knows of the album knows it's damn near impossible.
When I first learned of DLC, I thought of Tool and the only song that stuck out in my mind was, in fact, the song Lateralus. Ticks & Leeches comes to mind also, but the animosity of that song may just cause your Xbox, along with your family members, to just self-implode upon completion, so for now, we'll discount that.
Lateralus is an amazing song, probably the best single song Tool has ever created, aside from perhaps Third Eye or Salival's Pu****. Anyhow, the entire band's proficiency is demonstrated, from Maynard's vocals on the descent of the song, Adam's solos(so overlooked as an artist), Justin's groove, and Danny's.. well, come on now.
Lateralus, to me, is one of the best BAND songs ever created, and would be an amazing party song, and works well for any instrument, but is simply amazing when joined by a full band.
