Open Question to HMX

First, I'm just curious what the median age of your staff is? More particularly, the median age of the people who choose the songs on the game.

Second, why is this site so painfully slow? (Before anyone "offers" troubleshooting tips, I am on a 50Mb/s pipe and am a computer technician so I know my setup is configured for optium speed) I know it was down most of yesterday, but since I registered here (4 months ago) I recall there being like a week where the forums were of what I would call an "acceptable" speed. Is it the sheer amount of traffic? Upgrades? DoS attacks?

Just curious, the game is damn great, but almost all of the DLC (since the new year) has been pretty terrible IMO, and sometimes the Forum lag is too much to participate in the threads.

Average age is probably higher than you think. Most, if not all, probably have a four year degree or equivalent, which makes the youngest possible in the area of 22. Then you figure that by age 40 most have moved on to management (that want to), meaning there could be a cap of 39 for a coder. And thinking that HMX folks have a bit of experience, possibly at least five years, and the average age could easily be 30 to 33.

I don't think you really want the answer to this question, though. I get your point.
