My internet at home does not let us download things. If we try to, it basically shuts down. Because of this, I downloaded phase on my dad's laptop at Panera. When I got home, I put phase into my itunes. The game is on my ipod, but not the playlist. I can't use my dad's laptop for my itunes, because it is almost never home. How can I get the playlist into my itunes?

When you have your iPod synced up to you iTunes at home, try creating a Playlist on your iPod through iTunes. Name the playlist "Phase Music". Now drag the music you want to play in Phase from you iTunes library into the "Phase Music" folder on your iPod. That should work.

First, make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes at home. You need the latest version of iTunes in order to sync correctly. If you do, try this:
- delete Phase from you iPod
- make sure you have the latest version of iTunes and the iPod firmware
- put Phase back on you iPod from you father's laptop
- make sure it creates a Phase music folder this time
If this works then you can drag and drop songs from you itunes at home to you phase music folder on your iPod.

Our friend just got Phase, it didn't load with a Phase Music folder. He deleted it from his iPod, then reinstalled it and same thing, no folder.
He added a folder named Phase Music, but that didn't work either. Please help

OK, he had added a folder named "phase". That was what didn't work. We tried to rename the folder to "Phase Music" but when the iPod went through the sync process, it didn't change the folder name in the iPod.
We then removed "phase" music folder from iTunes, re-synced the iPod, but that still wouldn't remove the folder and we could never get a new one named "Phase Music" put IN the play lists.
So first problem is, the game didn't create a music folder. Second problem is, we tried to add one, but added it as "phase", couldn't get it out and couldn't add a new one named "Phase Music".
The friend had to leave this morning for 10 more days out of town. I bought this game for him as a birthday gift, and he didn't get it working before he left. :(
Any help would be appreciated very much! He'll be back in 10 days and I will have him back here with his laptop and iPod. I MIGHT be able to get a hold of his laptop and iPod before he returns as his wife is my friend and I could just go over to their house to try to fix it before he gets home.
