why not let activision release the patch, but at a price? id be willing to spend $10 to use the les paul. I enjoy the feel of it much better. that way activision gets their money and we get to use our les pauls.

You have it backwards. The patch already exists, and ACTIVISION won't allow it to be released.

i know activision wont let it be released but if hmx gave rights of that patch to activision and activision could charge for the dl on psn. of course they wouldnt be getting as much as if hmx paid them but right now theyre getting nothing from it. and this way hmx would no longer be getting annoyed by the constant ps3 gh3 guitar compatibility patch. i dunno just a thought

If I was a PS3 owner and was in this predidament, my thoughts would be:

"Why the hell should I have to pay to use something that I bought?"

im on my 3rd replacement guitar(1 from ea 2 from best buy). i just want a reliable guitar and the les paul has shown to actually work.
