Song Management?

Hamonix has said they plan to release over 200 songs for rock band in 2008. How are we going to sort all of those songs in our game? Are we really going to have a huge scroll list of 300+ songs. I think Harmonix needs to release an update for the game with better sorting options and faster scrolling. Anyone else agree?

Make your drummer choose the songs. A good drum roll can scroll though songs faster than you can read, and if you know what number the song is on the list he should be able to stop right on that song. This is no different than something you have to practice when drumming anyway.

I hate choosing songs when I'm on vocals because of how hard it is to scroll with a regular controller. (I almost never play guitar anymore, drums are too much fun)

Scrolling would not be much of a hassle for me as much as the login load time to get 300 songs loaded. At 104 total songs for me right now takes a bit to load.
