I saw the no such thing as Christian rock thread and you know i don't see why people get so mad about it. You have a choice whether to go out and buy points and then buy it. No one holds a gun to your head and says "BUY IT NOW< AND THEN GO GET SAVED" no that's not it. There are a lot of good songs and they are Christian songs anyway i would like to see this
Christian Pack 01:
"Momentum" by Toby Mac (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Y4eNLXgbB0)
"Jesus Freak" by DC Talk (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tccGUm9MAhc&feature=related)
"Innocence" by Seventh Day Slumber (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7pxrrSvOiQ)
(lol only youtube vid that wasn't live has anime of course :D)
but the ending in Jesus Freak would be awesome to play
and all the songs have a good quality of vocals, drums and both the guitars

Great Songs. Also consider Flyleaf, Disciple, Red, Switchfoot, Relient K, P.O.D, Jeremy Camp, Fireflight, and ..................Skillet.
Although Skillet may be to advanced and rock to hard, for many of the rockers on this game, but nevertheless, it should be included.
SKILLET WOULD KILL IT!!

I agree, the game, and possibly the world, would come to an end if Skillet were included in the game. Or were talented. And A+ for english; they rock TOO hard, and are TOO advanced lol. Hooray for 2nd-grade grammar skills.
Like I've said, there's a difference between a good band that happens to be personally Christian, such as POD or Flyleaf, and bands that only talk about Jesus. The latter can stay the hell out of my game, the former is more than welcome.

The first one I'm not so into. The third one I might consider, depends on what the charts looked like. The second one though I would totally go for.
And yeah, I'm an atheist :D

No thanks. I get enough proselytizing from Congress, Jehovah's Witness, my money, my public schools, my courts, my President, the VFW, the Air Force, and half the people I work with.

I won't listen to that propaganda but I'm guessing the lyrics are disgusting. You know all that stuff is just imaginary, right?

Not really. It's pretty pedestrian.

ROCK FOR INITIATIVE.
I mean roll.
Actually, Jesus Freak is interesting in concept because it exercises the "oppressed by the religious" idea, telling anecdotes through that of societies' unwanted.
Then Momentum is pretty much a rallying anthem. Disgusting or imaginary? Hardly, more like a frustrated charge at an enemy with a "where we come from" lyrical trail.
How about listening to whatever sample your provided before mouthing off about it, ne?

This is sort of like telling someone else in this forum that their setlist is nothing without Avril Lavigne, Nelly Furtado or Nickelback.
Ew.

Tell me I'm wrong.
One simple little word and instead of putting on thinking caps, it pulls every angry thought, feeling or bad taste in the mouth and it gets poured all over the forum.
Even the first reply reeks of it. There's no escape, and while people have some great insight on other aspects of the game, no one seems to understand there's more to a song than lyrical content. Yet if someone just throws a song up in a list and doesn't qualify it with a description, they get hounded for that, too. It's quite the Catch-22, and no one is being fair about it.

Thread needs more midgets.
Also, I've got a WWFSMD decal thing someone made for me on my Mini. The whole "all you people drive us nuts" philosophy behind the movement I find to be extremely fascinating.
Arrrrr.

Okay these threads keep drifting way away from there original intent. They keep turning into argument over if you accept the religion or not. Keep in mind, it is YOUR choice to post here. YOUR choice to buy a game or song. YOU don't HAVE to do anything here. If you are just going to tear people down, go away. I may or may not fight for Christianity in rock band. At the moment, I don't care. I jusdt want good songs that i listen to every single day, and i want to be able to play them on rock band.

Please stop necroposting in any Christian rock thread you can find, especially threads like this that are over a year old. It's great that you want that kind of music in the game, but this is bordering on spam.
