View Full Version : Rock Band Warranty Site Issue

I am trying to set up an RMA for my drum pads through the Rock Band warranty/rma site. When I login, and it asks me which peripheral I am having trouble with, I select drum pads and click continue.
Then a dialog box comes up and reads "Please select an answer". I click "OK" to the box, and the question is asked again but with no choices, just a "Previous" and "Continue" button. If I click "Previous" it takes me back to the list of peripherals to choose from and when I hit "Continue" the process repeats itself. If I am on the page without the list, and hit "Continue" it brings me back to the same page.
Why can't I continue? I have tried this both in Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I'm having this same problem. My yellow drum pad dented tonight.
I've been quite happy with my EL drums and I'm worried that my playing style has become suited for the less-sensitive but roll-friendly EL set. I'm sure I'll get an RMA'd QM set and that my experience will suffer.
But until I can actually put the RMA request in, what can I do?

same here. i cant even register my game for warrenty purposes ive been trying my self for 2 and a half weeks and with in that time my blue pad crackd.. all i gotta say is the problem with registering the game better not become a problem when i can finaly get an rma going or ima be quite angrey.... cause it wouldnt be my fault it would be there site's fault

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Don't worry, the site is just down and you won't get charged. Your RMA will just be changed to Cancelled in a couple of days in My Questions.
