King Crimson Drums=hard
king crimson guitar=hard
king crimson bass=hard
king crimson vocals= somewhat hard but nice to listen too


all in all it would be challenging and ****ing awesome to listen/play.

I disagree.

While "21st Century Schizoid Man" and "Court of the Crimson King" would be awesome, songs like "Moonchild" would simply not work, and be more of a chore to sit thorugh than actually be fun. (Especially where the song gets all "experimental" and pulls a "Spinal Tap Mark 2".)

And yeah, we really need some Yes. "Heart of the Sunrise", "Long Distance Runaround", "Starship Trooper", or "Roundabout" would make me very happy.

Ok, so I have been hesitant to make this very thread. "In the court of the Crimson King" is one of the best songs I have ever heard. I really hope they manage to track down a master recording of it and get it in the game.

To be honest, King Crimson probably only warrants a song, maybe two, but they deserve to be in Rock Band.

Definitely agree, but only put in the beginning of Moonchild. The last nine minutes of that song just won't work. Starless and Indiscipline would also be awesome.

In addition to Yes, we need some early Genesis. The Musical Box, Watcher of the Skies and Dance on a Volcano. Jethro Tull and Focus would also be really cool. And how about Umphrey's Mcgee?

I'd love to see more Rush in the game (how about some of their songs that arent making the daily rounds on classic rock radio?). La Villa Strangiato is my first choice, thats my favourite Rush song but I doubt it will make the cut because its an instrumental.

Yeah, I agree of only putting the first 3 or 4 minutes of Moonchild in I wouldn't really miss the big instrumental that much.

I love ITCOTKK, and Schizoid Man would absolutely rock in this game; I've mentioned this song on other threads.

Not sure about the other songs, though... I think we'd need mellotron and flute controllers in lieu of the guitar! :)
