How exactly DO you form an online band?

Hey. I was just wondering how you can form a band with online people and keep the band. How is this possible?

Oh. But how do you be a leader of a band? Every time I look for other players, one of them is the leader.

Thats just luck, no one has control who is going to be leader.

90% of the time youll find Drummer as leader
9% of the time itll be friends playing online that already got a band and need just one more so they got a leader already.
1% of the time the game cant match you with no one and youll be leader.

How come it has the persons band name? When I am leader does it show my PSN name as the bands name? Do I need to make a new character with a band name. Just wondering.
