Just imagine how much more fun this game would be if they were able to incorporate a, say 16-32 note, keyboard to play some classic bad a songs. What do y'all think?

It would be good addition if they did right. It might be hard to add another instrument to the screen when everyone is playing. If they could figure out a way to make it work it would be awesome.

yeah, I realised that I spelled it wrong halfway through the "Submit Post" click, but I didnt care.
but hey, of you want to base your entire defense on the fact that I put an I in place of an E than thats cool, but I still think Keyboards are a lame instrument in the hands of 95% of the population and dont want to see it in Rock Band because 95% of the bands on the planet (that use it) waste it and systematically make their music 100 precent lamer by having a keyboard follow exactly what the guitar is doing.
and yes, that includes Children of Bodom, who are horrible, by the by.

Why is keyboard lame? Its just a very economical way to play piano for this game. I'm not talkin about playing songs with an actual keyboard sound to it, I'm talkin about classics like November Rain from Guns and Roses and Bohemian Rhapsody from Queen, just to name a few!

see, man. both of those songs are excellent examples of keyboards being used right, anything by Bodom is an example of a forced instrument that isnt required (mainly because whoever their keyboardist is plays exactly what Alexi plays 100 % of the time and its boring). I like keyboards in music, if they are used as an instrument all their own, Rush and Yes are good at branching off with long, overly complex piano epics in the middle of hard rock songs, and I appreciate that, I dont like when a keyboard is used to follow the exact solo the guitarist is playing because to me, thats like turning the lame up to 11.
its the same deal with bass, when the bass follows the guitar to a T its a waste, totally. whats the ****ing point, its cheesy and almost a waste of time to even listen to.

Funeral for a Friend makes me want a Keyboard!
Also, the game KeyboardMania was strangely entertaining. I dunno about it being in Rock Band, but a game that uses it would be fun.
