Do you use real money to buy any of the DLC?

On the PS3 yes.
On the 360 you've gotta buy a point card with real money and then use the points.

yezzir..

if you have an xbox 360, you have to purchase Microsoft Points, and you'll need a credit card to set that all up.. then you just purchase some, and you'll get credits, with which you purchase the DLC!

No you can buy point cards in stores. Need a credit card on PS3 though or use someone elses and give them the money.
