My New Improved Setlist

alot of these are newer songs, but dont get me wrong, there are tons of older songs i really like! Linkin Park, Saosin, and Taking back Sunday are the bands i want most on it. "*" indicates ones i want most! the point of this list isnt to say all of these should be on, but more to offer plenty of options (and to say that Linkin park, TBS, and Saosin MUST be on it, lol). THIS IS NOT TO SAY there shouldn't be old songs. its just i'd like to suggest new songs, since all the old ones are already being suggested. though i do have some old songs in here. this is mainly throwing out some new names!

I enjoy Linkin Park, Blink-182, Papa Roach and some of the older songs on your list but I have one major complaint. It is possible that you don't have a single song from the 1990s... As the '90s is my favorite decade for music I cannot tolerate your list. Put in some Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, or Foo Fighters and I would be better satisfied. At least you have Red Hot Chili Peppers (albeit their newer stuff).

I'm pretty sure he used a normal bass in the studio. And even if, there is absolutly no problem with playing this with a normal bass or a bass controller.

The real problem is the guitar. It's almost the same short two chords long riff all over the song.

Still love the song though.

however, muse should definately be in RB, and although i like hysteria, stockholm syndrome or knights of cydonia (yes i know it's in gh3) would be even more awesome

this song will be more about drum than anything else, so Linkin park doesnt have to have really good guitar. in guitar hero 2, they had the song "Trogdor" by Strongbad, so who knows they may get this exclusive track in the game.

You've got some good choices, but also some horrendous ones. If you're into modern music over older stuff then I think it's fine to preach what songs you would like.

Don't listen to the crap people give you. Unless you're asking for Nickleback as DLC. That's just wrong.

But yea I love LP, Muse, and a bunch of the songs for the other artists are all definetly the better choices for those specific artists, although personally I wouldn't want them in the game.

i'm a fan of today's modern music scene, but even i have to draw a huge line here.

Red Jumpsuit Apparatus must not under any circumstances be placed in a music game. They're good, but no different than many of today's popular acts, and they don't need anymore publicity in a music game.

WAY too many Linkin Park songs. None of which are very good except What I've Done.

a lot of the songs wouldn't work in the game, a lot of them wouldn't really fit in the game, and ...yea. it's an okay list of SONGS don't get me wrong, but they're not necessarily RB material imo.

Good call on AFI's Decemberunderground; more tracks from that album than not would be very well suited for Rock Band, and a lot of fun to play.

Miss Murder, Summer Shudder, (perhaps most so) Affliction (with the last 1:30 or so excluded), The Missing Frame, Kiss and Control, The Killing Lights, 37mm.

To each his/her own certainly, and you do have some good stuff on there...but if they made a "Guitar Hero: Whiny skinny white talentless *****" edition, most of your stuff would fit in well.
