About a week or two after, you should call them if you don't hear from them first, if you are talking about standard replacement. I sent mine on Jan. 2nd and heard nothing until I called them on Feb. 1st. They had received my guitar on Jan. 8th but did nothing about it and were able to immediately express me the new guitar...though that one was broken as well...now waiting on 2nd replacement guitar arrival.

Did you do regular RMA or express? Express should only take a couple of days. Otherwise I have no idea.
