Which Genre of Music Would You Like to See More Of?

Personally, I'd like to see a bit more of everything, because I listen to different stuff every day. I guess a majority of my .mp3 collection is Punk Rock/Alt. Rock, but I love anything that's good from a composition viewpoint.

Uhh, according to me and most metal-heads I know, Heavy Metal and Metal are the same genre. I get what you were getting at though, distinguishing between "Classic Heavy Metal" (Sabbath, Priest, Maiden) and modern Extreme Metal and Metalcore.
I voted for Heavy Metal (always need more), Metal, and "Other".
The "Other" should constitute some more Progressive Rock. I'd love to see some Pink Floyd, Kansas, Porcupine Tree (fat chance :( ), Tool, Opeth, Orphaned Land, Anathema, or The Mars Volta on Rock Band.

I voted for all of it, other then Heavy Metal (Too many curse words, and being 14 I couldn't play them anyway) Pop Rock (Sorry, just don't really like it) and I don't have an Other.

I believe the reason that 50's and 60's rock isn't in the game is because of how the tracks were recorded back in the day. HMX isn't able to isolate the drums, guitar, bass, and vocals. Sad, I'd love to see some Yardbirds in here. :)

That's a really good point. Still, I'd be happy settling for covers.

There's a million things I wanna see in the game, but mostly punk, even though I use that term loosely. I want some Social D, Misfits, Nekromantix, NoFX, Pennywise. Also, though not punk, I want some Perfect Circle in there. I love Passive, Blue, and Lullabye.
