Yeah... I haven't heard anything new bout rock band since the nirvana album DLC , when are some tracks gonna be announced?

I know in the past I have not been very fond sounding of this game... but clearly rock band has great potential... I still look foward to a press release with some songs I'd REALLY REALLY like to play :D ... till then though.. I donno

(I guess I might be harsh towards rock band? I was harsh on guitar heros 1st handfull of announced songs but they slowly brought in a wider range of songs)

Yes ... :( but... whens some new announcements coming? I just feel let down at this point cause the games potential is great but I'm not liking the track list much you know? I want a press release that changes my mind...

News will all come in good time. You don't want to rush it trust me, also Harmonix has a set plan as to when to release each piece of new info. Just wait about a week, around the time of Leipzig and PAX, we should get a bit of new info from them, probably some new songs, as well as some possible news on the forums themselves.

I think Rock Band is going a much different direction announcement wise than GH3. So far Rock Band has had 3 blocks for song announcements (Gamepro, IGN PrE3 Preview, and E3) while GH3 has had like 20. Plus there have been like no leaks of Rock Band songs.

Hopefully the next time news comes around it will be a huge chunk (and we know some is coming ina week or so)

Yes basically, with 16 songs announced, there are only 24 main songs left to announce.

Thats the great thing. Even if they announce 10 songs right now thats stll enough to get us excited for future song announcements.

Sean said they're set up all weekend Fri thru Sunday, so we could hear about something in any one of those days. Or not hear anything till the following week. Who knows? :eek:

I would say in one of the weekdays before PAX we will get some songs. I also predict a couple of the announced songs will be playable.

um, by the time release day rolls around, it wouldnt make sense for them not to have released the whole track list.

I'd like to see a few songs spill out everyweek up until launch...that would be a good thing, then every week people have something new to look forward to.
