Ok, so my yellow drum pad does not work at all completely and my blue one does, so I took both apart and tryed to see if there was a difference between them.

The blue cord I'm holding in the yellow one is longer than the one in the blue one....

probably has something to do with the sensor

i would say its the sensor, just put the pads back, and tape the sides of the drums down, it dampens the broken ones and makes them act normal.
what i do to mine, because all of my drums are completley f  cked

thanks i got them apart and found the end of the white wire lead wasn't making good contact with the round brass piece so i taped it on the flip side of it and works great now.
