Basically what the article is saying is that any slong you have on Phase. Harmonix is trying to allow it on to rock band. They cant do it now since Phase only does one istrument, but they're gonna make it possible for sequels to RB.

oh BTW, phase allows for songs greater than 30 sec but less than 30 mins. So everybody add 2112 on to it!

Of course it sounds like a good idea. Who wouldn't want to put their own music into the game? That's why they are investigationg that avenue.
