I know it's a little early to be thinking about sequels, but I think if all of the DLC on this game would be compatable in all future RB games (assuming they'd be making a sequel to this game), it would be conceivable that in just a matter of years of DLC especialy through album downloads, that an artist's entire collection could be made available to be played. I can understand how much more money could be made by making people repay to download songs for sequel games to access the new features for their favorite downloaded songs, but I think that will just burn people out . I think if we could continue to use already paid for DLC in future games it will only create customer trust and loyalty to the Rock Band game. It would also make RB a more serious music game, where people would be discussing their music collection on Rock Band like how they do with an Ipod. Not to mention instead of going online and forming a band to play a bunch of random songs that don't work well together, people could get online and form their own online cover bands of whatever band that they're into. Or better yet, be able to take the best of two similar sounding bands I.E. Metallica & Megadeath and create some sort of a super play list with the collection of both bands.
