Okay basically I've had my rockband for a few months. It's been working fine til' about a week ago. When I turned it on it said "Read disk error." Took it out, cleaned the cd put it back in and while looking for a song to play mid-playlist it froze and said read disk error again. But it does work when I pick like the first song and play random til' about three songs later and in the middle of the song it freezes and gives me the same message.
Is my CD covered under warranty?
There's no scratches or famous 360 laser burns.
If so does anyone have a link to where I can retrieve a replacement?
Thankss!

I really shouldn't be the one answering this. EA has a media replacement policy I'm pretty sure. It should be free. Call the phone number in my signature (also in your game manual) and say your game media is defective and you would like a replacement.

Software warranty is handed under EA's standard software warranty process. The full details are in this sticky thread: http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22925
