on friday it will be a whole month of them having my guitar. Ive called them and they said it would be shipped out last week and yet no email or any way of knowing whats going on. Is anyone else having this problem?

not having that problem, as nothing has broken on mine...yet....*knocks on wood*, but it does seem like an awfully long time to have to wait. I'm sure they are pretty busy with all the RMA's.

It took me 12 days to get my drum petal... 7 days later it break again... at least the original one lasted me over a month and much more play.

Lol. I called them for the second time and finally got the answer! They misplaced my guitar so they decided to be nice and are sending one out tomorrow!

better than what i did.


I sent a raging email saying i was gonna get the better business burea and what not and the next 2 days i had a guitar. after 2months. coniencedents? (cant spell) or the threat helped? lol

I just had my guitar replaced. It took about 5 days from the request to me having a new guitar in hand. And that's mostly because I submitted the request on Friday before the 3-day holiday weekend.

Hmm good idea my guitar hasn't shipped and i put in my order dec 30th. Guess its time to make some phone calls and e-mails
