Agreed, I'd be very pleasantly surprised if it stayed like this through launch of Rock Band and beyond. It helps that most people here are great examples of not bashing each other, and showing those people who are joining that we aren't here to flame each other but to have constructive conversations.

Aye, this forum is pretty damned good for it's size. The only time I see boards more peaceful are when there's only 20-or-so members.

EDIT: But not really. These forums are awesome. Maybe a few too many threads about how much it will costs and "OMG DRUMS >.<" etc. Everyone handles them pretty well though. Some people stir up sh*t in the setlist forum. Overall though, they're great.

Yea for now. Closer to release and when all the 9-12 review scores (cause they said GH was an 11 so Rock Band would be a 12) come out "it gunna git ug-lay up in hurrr!".

It sucks. Because once the game comes out, this place will be dead. Truthfully, I doubt I'll be here at all. It kinda sucks. Sure, we'll be friended to each other on 360 and PS3, but no more fun conversations. No more seeing Revolver freak out on people for liking music he doesn't like. No more "i like dis game wen it com out?".

I was on a Wii forum for months before it came out. I was addicted to the site, it was so awesome. The second I got a Wii, I was never on there again. Some people may come on the new site to look for band mates, but no one we would know. :(

I agree! This is, by far the the best board I've been to. But I assure you, it won't stay that way. It's just the reality of things. :(

The GH forums didnt really get all that bad til post GHII.

Then the **** hit the fan.

These are much better, been here since april and mostly just hovering around throwing my input in when I see fit. Hopefully this place wont be lke the ol' GH forums.

i hope not, yes there is fighting sometimes..but overall....this forum works well together...and the fighting is almost always resolved
