Xbox Link to Game

whenever i try to link to my game, clicking the "Xbox 360 account linking service" i keep getting directed back to my profile page. how do i link my game to the site? i did all the steps, just cant get to the right page

I also, apparently can't link my game to my account here either. I followed the "detailed instructions on the Link to Game page" to the letter, yet every time I try, it takes me to the account link page where I sign in with my Windows Live ID, then it redirects me back to my account page with the message:

This gamertag does not have any Rock Band data associated with it. Please try again. If you continue to have problems, please read the detailed instructions on the Link to Game page.

Yet, obviously I have data in my X-Box Live account, because on my X-Box Live gamertag, I see achievements unlocked, etc. I've only had the game for about a week now, but it's definitely been over the 24 hour waiting period.

Exact same problem. There's this sticky (http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32117) about them working on the PS3 linking issue, but nothing about the 360. I've been trying to link for the past week, and have been playing the game online for well over a month now.

Yeah, that's what I've been noticing as well - there are plenty of topics about fixing this issue for PS3 users, but what about the other half of the empire? Is there a fix in the works for us X-Box 360 users?

Good luck. I've been trying to link my gamertag since December with no luck at all. I try about every other day now. It's really frustrating.

I had difficulty linking, got to try three times, eventually worked, but now I see my band, all my different careers but even though I have above 3 million points I'm not ranked!!!! Damn whatis wrong with this site...GH3 sites works much better... This one should do better!

Right now the leaderboards are pretty laggy in terms of updating. So you won't show up right away, but check back later.

Korgano- Have you changed your gamertag recently? We're aware of this issue and trying to narrow down the causes.

Well, I did change my gamertag after I had already started playing RB online, and I get the same error as korgano.

LOL Pat! That was my exact thought... I've been a GH3 player for quite a while, and I really loved the ability to link my game to the website, and had no issues doing so, I was shocked to see it wasn't quite so smooth with Rock Band. But hey, I haven't made up my mind yet, as I've only had this game for about two weeks...

Wow! A developer paying attention to my post! I'm impressed, normally admins lord over you without actually hearing you out. Thank you. :) Now, to answer your question, no, I haven't changed my gamertag since I created it. Thank you for letting me know that you're at least aware of the issue and working on it. I'll be patient. I look forward to a posting somewhere saying that it has finally been fixed, and if I can help in any way, don't hesitate to shoot me an Email.

Just wanted to add myself to the list.

I hooked up the game yesterday, unlocked one achievement, played for several hours today, unlocked another achievement, and I get the same "Cannot find information associated with Rock Band attached to this gamertag" when I try to link up.

I only have one gamertag, so there wasn't any gamertag switching recently or anything like that.

I just got the game, and I cannot link my gamertag to my profile on here. Please help me.

I have downloaded content on my hard drive. I have played the game a lot. Why does the website say that I have no gamer data available for my gamertag?

Add me to the list of users having problems. The leaderboards refuse to show that I have played anything.

My gamertag has a space in it.. I wonder if that's part of the problem.

I've had the same windows live ID since before I even bought my 360 due to my msn account. This is the only place that I've experienced any trouble with it. Thanks for looking into the issue.

Add me. I'm also having problems. I did change my gamertag after I got the game, but have not played on XBL. Have tried using Firefox AND Internet Explorer even (internet cache cleared as well).

Add me to the list. I cannot link my GamerTag to my user in this site. Been trying for 4 days now, unsucessfully.

I never played GH3 nor checked their website; but I have used the Bungie website for Halo 2 and Halo 3 for years. That is some quality website and stats pages. Harmonix should take a look into that website as a frame of reference.
