360 Instrument Connection Problem

As of today my Rock Band Fender Guitar, Rock Band Drum Kit and Guitar Hero 2 Xplorer Guitar will not work. The all stopped working at different times over the last month but all have the same problem. When I turn turn on the 360 or plug the instruments the 4 green lights on the 360 button on the instruments go solid for about a second and then turn off. I have tried plugging the instruments in though the hub and individually through each usb port on the 360 (including the one on the back). Has anyone seen this problem I have any insight as to why this has happened.
