Ive looked through the past 10 pages here and didnt find an answer to my question.. so ill ask.

Any news on a ((player match / net friends )) Multiplayer World Tour Patch or anything?

You know, so we can really compete with people and their networked bands instead of wondering if anyone plays this game near us... which is virtually impossible.. unless theres something i dont know about to find them.

I just think it would be pretty awesome to be ranked with the group of people I usually play with... just so happens we all live about an average of 500 miles away from one another so that leaves out the partys @ my House deal.

04-01-08 is when Harmonix says they will release the patch allowing online BWT and a few other things (GH guitar peripheral for PS2, etc). So no worries, it's on its way.

Everyone continues to ask for it, but no, there has not been any official response to it yet. Keep your fingers crossed.

In case anyone didn't notice 04-01-08 is April Fools Day, so don't get your hopes up ;)

To answer the OP, no there hasn't been any news about online BWT.
