My score points stay at 3,048,00

Ok,so im playing on Expert,in solo World Tour.
I am a Guitarist BTW.
I keep getting 3 stars,with aprox 40-70k points
But when i go in my Rocker menu or whatever,
my points stay at 3,048,000 score points :(
Maybe it is the limit? Please some one answer.
Another question,
how come i cant Bass with my guitar on solo?Is there a way to bass on solo World tour?I would really like to know,since there are alot of songs i cant do on Main Guitar.

Your Career score isn't going up probably because the scores you're getting on Expert are not higher than what you got on lower difficulties (Hard, Medium, etc.).

Your Career Score is the total of all of the highest scores you got on each song in the Main and Bonus setlists ONLY. No DLC counts.

For example, if you played Mississippi Queen on Hard and scored 120,000, and then played it on Expert and got 110,000, your Career Score will not go up, because you haven't beaten your previous high score on that song.

And there is no Bass solo tour in this game.
