deleting a band

is there a way to delete a band you have so you can have that name i made a band with my roommate awhile back but now i wanna delete it and make it with new peeps is their anyway? thank you for your time:)

If you have been connected online while playing that band (i.e. it shows up on the in-game leaderboards as having a ranking) then you cannot delete the band and use the name again. Once a band name is registered with the Rock Central server, it cannot be deleted frm the database, and therefore cannot be reused, even if deleted from your console.
