I heard that stretching the spring on the bass pedal helps. Is this true? I want to know for sure before i start jacking with my pedal. Also is there anything else that can help accuracy with the pedal. That is the one and only thing that really still messes me up even after achieving the ANIMAL badge...

I can't see stretching the spring doing any good.
It would just push the pedal up further, increasing travel distance to register a hit.

Unless double hits is your problem, I don't recomment touching the spring.
I do, however, recommend a pedal replacement. I bought a Woodrock while they were still being made. Love it. My scores have increase so much because of it.
