Well, I have been SICK AND TIRED of how terrible the adapter for the mic on the guitar and drums work. It is pathetic. I've done all everyone said, "jam it in there," trust me I've tried. But now I am fed up, so I try to contact support about the mic problem, and they make me go through pages of things to specify what the problem is, and of course, there is nothing in their articles or support links for the mic adapter so I am pretty much screwed. There is nothing I can do about this because I can't directly talk to support, I have to only file a support email depending on what they allow me to. Any idea on what I can do about my mic since support from EA won't help?

You can't call EA support? What you don't have a telephone?

The mic adapter is problematic. There are some people that can tell you how to razorblade shave certain parts off to make it fit better. Mine just worked.

I think the USB hub is associated with the adapters so RMAing the USB hub should get you new adapters.
