First off, i just wanted to say that HMX did a great job with the DLC this week! This may be the first week I've purchased all songs available!

I am certainly not a great RB drummer, I am about inching along the expert solo tour (at about 55/92). Now, I beat Sugar Mag on Expert on the first go and Casey Jones after about 2-3 tries (the end kills me).

But then there is Truckin. I'm not sure what it is, but I just can't get the rhythm. At all. I've failed about 20-30 times at the 5% mark. This is pathetic.

It just seems so unnatural to play those double hits alt with the kick. I you tubed it and watched others play it, I just can't seem to do it. I will try it on slow practice mode tonight, but does anyone have any advice?

I don't really have any advice but I just thought I'd throw in that this was the most annoying Drum song I have ever played :D

I played Truckin' on Drums (on hard) for the first time last night, and it was aggravating! I finished it, but the double drum hits are incessant through the entire song! Not fun!

The pedal just infurates me on that song. First its double hits, then single hits... then single hits on the second note, then NO pedal. Then a snare roll! And just when you think you've got it figured out... it CHANGES! YEARGH!

I can't even get that far with it to see the changes... :)

Jazz based rock is always the hardest to get a rhythm down, because there really isn't one.
