I thought of something different everyone can share. Instead of choosing favorite songs or most hated songs, what about individual lyrics. For those of you who have played a fair amount on vocals, there should be something that sticks out as awesome, and something that is just plain dumb or weird.

Here's mine

<B>Favorite</B>: The entire talking section of Enter Sandman, "Now I lay me down to sleep..." I've always enjoyed that part of the song.

<B>Least Favorite</B>: "It's it. What is it?" I used to like Epic a lot more before I played it myself on Rock Band. The song sounds good on the radio, but after say the aforementioned lyric 100 times it gets a bit old.

<B>Weirdest</B>: Tie: "Who want honey as long as there's money" (Cherub Rock) What does that mean? <BR>"While the rest of them dudes where making their bread" (Mississippi Queen) This one catches me off guard, especially since the word "bread" is a talking part.

<B>What do you think?</B>:)

Favorite- My favorite has to be in Last Train to Clarksville. "Doo-doo-doo-doo-doo..." It's even more fun watching someone else sing it...

Least favorite- I agree with you entirely on Epic. I have a hard time getting through it with a straight face.

Weird- The first time I sang through Highway Star..."I need her, I seed her...wait, WTF?"

I think "bread" means they were out earning money.. dough.. cashola. Or, he's basically saying while they were at work, I was gettin' it ON!

That smashing pumpkins line with the honey and money reminds me of the music video for that song. I never really knew the lyrics until Rock Band, but now I'll never see the ice cream man the same way again. xD

Seriously I think the guy singing in Highway Star has an "unhealthy" relationship with his car. :D

The Cherub Rock lyrics pretty much mean, "Who would want love (aka honey) when you can get some money?" Which is a comment of sorts on how people choose money over love, love being the 'honey.'

And 'making bread' means making money.

Just thought I'd point that out. And I may be wrong, but that's what I got out of both. :)

Edit:

Hah, I forgot my list.

Favorite: It's kind of tough to say, but it's probably, "God damn you half-Japanese girls!" in the DLC, "El Scorcho" by Weezer.

Least Favorite: "This is side one, flip me over" in Fallout Boy's Dead on Arrival. The whole entirety of the lyrics of that song are painfully cheesy, but I literally cringed when I sang those lyrics in career mode.

Weirdest: The whole part in Honest Bob and the Factory-to-Dealer Incentive's, "I Get By" where the lyrics go something like, "I wrote another set of words to sing to you and the rhymes were intricate..." and such just seems so odd to me, especially the up-and-down pitch of the lines. I do like them, and the song, but those particular lines seem a little offbeat to me.

Favorite El-Scorcho "God damn you half japanese girls, you do it to me every time".

Second Favorite - Queen *****: "She's so swishy in her satin and tat
In her frock coat
and bipperty-bopperty hat
Oh God, I could do better than that"

Least Favorite "S...U...P...E...R... You're super sprode. That is what you are" - I like the song; I just don't like singing it. It's like a spelling bee.

I missed out on that disc with Sprode on it. Too bad, it's sound hilarious.
