View Full Version : wireless mic in the future????

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about a possible wireless mic? I am not sure how it would work as there is no buttons or controls on them. We had a little equipment the other night. Our singer got a little tipsey and tripped over the mic cord, it all went down hill from there!!!!!! needless to say I have to get a new mic as the usb part ripped away from the cord. It could have been much worse I suppose

There already is an option kinda... use the wireless headset. I know it's not quite a mic, but it works the same.

That's irrelevant. We know you can use a headset, but a wireless headset wouldn't make much difference. I would like a wireless Microphone with a simple 3 Button and Direction pad scheme on it. Man, that would help so much...

and would be wireless!

If you have a wireless headset you still have to go back to your controller to select stuff. and I find that it would be a hassle switching back and forth with two 'controllers' just to do simple things.

I don't think its gonna happen. The normal Rock band Mic is $50...

Though I do like the idea though.

No integrated controller, but if you have a Playstation,these mics (http://store.theantcommandos.com/product-p/mic-wl-blrd.htm)are at least wireless. They might also work for XBox, I don't know.

Thank you everyone I have sent a email to the company that makes the wireless mic that works for the PS3 to see if it will works with the xbox360 version. Man is it monday yet I need some more DLC!!! I was really looking forward to the bad company, and simple man. We need some serious 80's-late 70's good rock. I know everyone wants their thrash pack, but give me some def leppard, queen, poison, cinderella, warrant, skid row and more GNR(more 90s- civil war and patience, november rain, would be awesome) and many more. It does not look like more aerosmith is in our future with the upcoming GH game.
