I was making a joke. Both albums are good in their own rights, but we have already had DLC from "The Black Parade" for GH2 for the 360. Now, I'm not saying that I wouldn't want those songs in RockBand, but how about some songs from "Three Cheers"? The songs that come to mind are "Helena" and "The Ghost Of You". Both songs have good guitar and drum parts, and the vocals would probably be a little easier for people to master. I don't care which MCR songs get released first, as long as they get added to the game.

It's your opinion that The Black Parade is better but I thought it was total crap. I'll have to agree RockBandRocker and say that Three Cheers was farrrrrrrr superior. If I were to pick songs I'd pick those exact two, Helena and The Ghost of You and let's toss in Thank You For the Venom for a sweet 3 pack.

I don't hate MCR, but those songs would be some of the most boring in the game.
For example, the drum parts in almost every MCR song are pretty much the same. And Mikey is a HORRIBLE bassist. It would be extremely boring. The only fun thing would be the vocals.
It would kind of be like adding 12 Say It Ain't So's but with a different name for each of them.

I think they are actually a good band. But, I do have to say I would want the explicit versions of their songs if they are going to be added, not cleaned up like the Coheed & Cambria songs. Some examples, in the middle of "This Is How I Disappear", Gerard sings ("You wannna see how far down/ I can sink/ let me go/ f*ck!") or in "Teenagers" ("Teenagers scare the living sh*t out of me"). I think that any MCR would be great, but I would love to see their first DLC be something other than "Welcome To The Black Parade". It was/is too overplayed by mainstream rock radio stations, and almost everybody knew it. I think they need to release some of the deeper cuts off of "The Black Parade" album, before adding that one song.

If you dont have anything nice to say, how about you dont say it? That would kind of make sense. Just ignore half the people on here if they bother you THAT much. Most of them are just going through stages, like nearly everyone went through the green day stage. With the T-Shirts and hooplah. I really have only heard two songs from MCR that i like, but my taste in music is very different and cant even be compared to MCR. But of course, you must let people express their opinion in a free way. Even if it doesnt "rock your socks off". And if anyone wants to make an argument, at least try and prove your point.

A lot of us on here are not bashing the band. We're trying to figure out which songs we want on the game. "The Black Parade" is a fine album, but the band had 2 others before it. I think if there is going to be any MCR DLC, it should be from their earlier works.

However, if they released the MCR songs from GH2 tomorrow (which came off of "The Black Parade"), I would download them.

The Black Parade (album) would be awesome for Rock Band. Even though like four of the songs (Dead!, Disappear, FLW, and Teenagers) already got released to GH2 I'd love to see the album in RB. And it's probably the most likely album to be put on RB by them, Bullets was their indie record, Revenge was too..."poppy" for lack of a better word. Don't get me wrong, was a great album, just that Black Parade was more rock than Revenge will ever be.

And to whoever said that an MCR album would be boring, listen to WTTBP and tell me that the drums won't blow your mind. Yes the bass might be a bit easy, but not every song has to be uber complex to be exciting.
