Hi Guys, New here and have a question.

So I was ticked that the game was coming to xbox360 and ps3 only, but what is this? I hear that is is coming to ps2 too? Is this true?

If it is, I still have questions.....and maybe a suggestion even.

First, I would like to say, WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! if it is true.

Second, what is going to happen about the downloaded content? Perhaps they could be released in a package for us dear faithful ps2 users?

I would understand if certain things were left out, such as detailed character customization, I am mainly worried about songs....

If what I have heard is NOT true....

I beg of you please consider us ps2 users!!! PLEASE!!!!! So we are a little stubborn about moving forward...that's no reason to fault us! Next gen gaming is expensive, and we are a faithful, large, established fan base!!!!

yes, it's been announced for PS2 however The whole DLC thing will probably be an issue, so I dunno what's gonna happen there

Not to be rude or mean but...

The PS2 is dieing. Not as fast as most systems because the sales for PS3's are really slow but I think by next May or so it would be gone. I just gave mine to my little brother. I understand I'm lucky for having a good job and being able to afford a new system but the 360 has been out for what 1.5 years? Isn't it about time to upgrade?

Not really. Sure the system is slowly going out, but it's still doing extremely well. I too gave one away...to my nephew. But in all reality I am not interested in the new systems yet. One reason...prices. Regardless of how much money I make, I do not feel happy about shelling out $500 or $600 for a system...come on!! Now...if the ps3 dropped to let's say....$250, ps2 would be dead by the time the weekend was over, lol.

As a matter of fact, this is the very thing that has made me take a step back on gaming in general....it just costs too damn much(for me anyway)to maintain the level of gaming I used to enjoy.

The 360 is going down in price, but I see that system as a main attraction for FPS/Tactical shooters/and whatnot. Basically, games I am not that interested in. That may not be fact, that's just how I feel about it. The original xbox was that way to me too. I only enjoyed a handfull of games for it that weren't released for the ps2(Ninja Gaiden for example)

Sony has had me since the original playstation, and I will be more than happy to side with them again, as soon as the prices become more reasonable.

I don't feel that PS2 owners should be made to suffer without THIS particular game, there's still a large amount of ps2 users, so there is no risk with releasing it on the system at all.

SOON it will be time to upgrade, just not right now.

No Wii version has been announced. There will most certainly be one at somepoint, as of now it has been talked about very little. Most likely if it is announced it wont be until first quarter next year that we actually see the game for the Wii.

I agree on the price thing. Do you remember the old NES days. Probably before most of these users here were born. I remember buying "Operation Wolf" a week after it's release for $10.

Yeah, back in the day gaming was great. Loved my days with nintendo, snes, gameboy, and my intellivision.....

My first NES was free....friend of mine thought his was broke, so he gave it to me. Little did he know the things just needed a little TLC....

Still worked when I put it away a few years ago.

NES ah... i remember getting headaches from blowing into the game cartridges when they wouldnt load up. and lining them up a little to the side. good times
