The one thing I've seen conspicuously absent from all of the Rock Band promotional vids and trailers is a note chart with some hard to expert-caliber guitar parts.
I'm sure a good number of these videos and promotions are being recorded on lower difficulties which is why I'm not seeing em. In addition, it is only natural that the drum and vocalist parts are getting showcased, since they are new and shiney. However, I think it would put a great many minds at ease to know that guitar and bass have something equally fun to offer and have not been overlooked.
I've also seen very minimal usage of the 5-way switch and/or solo buttons. Maybe they're still being polished. Maybe I'm not looking in the right spots. Inquiring minds want to know. :)
