I'm Just Wondering...

How long does it take for EA to receive our "defective" instruments, because I sent my broken drums, that has the best response on blue, about a week ago, and I was told that when they receive it, I would get an automattic email. Well, I haven't gotten 1, and this the 1st time I'm doing this, idk about other people, but I just wanna know like....an estimate of how long it takes to get a notice that they received the package. =/

Well I can speak from the experience of having done 3 RMAs, and I never received a confirmation email when they got my defective piece.

The best thing is just to write down the tracking number that was on the packing slip. That way you can track it yourself.

Realistically, it depends on where you live, but it shouldn't take more than a couple of days.
