i just started like 2 weeks ago playing guitar and im kinda teaching myself so far all i can do is the riffs of Smoke on the Water, Sunshine of Your Love, Come As You Are, Beginning of Redemption Song, Very Beginning of One (Metallica, not tht U2 piece of **** hahah), and the very beginning of Beverly Hills

like seriously easy riffs tht dont have chords just straight hitting the note one by one or w/e

You haven't said if you need Tab or you know note names. I'll use note names. If you need Tab let me know.

Well the absolute easiest would be Satisfaction. Three notes: B C# and D. 2nd 4th and 5th frets on the 5th string (A).

Iron Man is easy -- not sure what key it's in but say you start on E, it's E G GAA CBCBCG GAA.

There are a bunch of riffs built of a dominant 7th chord -- E G# B D for E7 or A C# E G for A7. Examples of the former: Pretty Woman (Van Halen/Orbison), Day Tripper (the Beatles). Examples for A7 include Rock 'n Roll (Led Zepp).

dude, there are all kinds of tab's for guitar on the internet, just google it or something. I mean just about any song you can think of someone somewhere has made tab's for it. Some better than others.

The very first riff I ever learned to play on guitar was the opening riff to Brown Sugar by The Rolling Stones. It's quite simple and a lot of fun! I played that thing for weeks! Here's the tab to get you started, have fun!!
