..but, I sent my 360 in on the 8th.. They received it on the 13th. I got a replacement one today.. but the disc drive wouldn't open.. I tried moving it around a little bit.. and finally it opened.. but when the game is in there, it makes this weird noise..
I don't want to have to send another one in.. I'm also afraid it will mess up my disc.. Has this happened to anyone before?

Translation:
Just leave it as is for a while, play it as is, and for the love of God make sure your disc don't get scratched.

As far as I can tell no major issues are present. If it is loud enough, or just abnormal enough, that the bugger is definitely defective only you can/should know.
But you sound more curious than worried so I wouldn't bother too much.

It's not too loud.. it's just different..
But, I've been playing GHII for a few hours and there haven't been any problems except for the intro's sound cutting off for half a second.

I haven't had this problem, but I'll venture some advice anyway:
Play a blank/Aqua CD in it. If it still makes the noise, run it a few more times to see if it gives out. Then open/close the tray a few times and try again. Does the tray wiggle? If it does, run the CD again to see if it scratches up. If it does, send the XBox in. If it doesn't, send it in just to be safe.
