This ScrewAttack episode came out last week but it's still worth bringing up.

We stopped him as soon as he said "You know, you can put Mario in just about anything and it would be awesome...yeah, anything..."

Having brought this up I'm starting to wonder if Rock Band's custom character option will be versatile enough to make a near-perfect, copyright-threatening version of N's plumber.
