I have been playing the game for about 2 weeks now. My characters show up on my profile with their dollar figures, but if I go to the leaderboards and choose to show Solo Tour ranking, or rankings of any songs, I get "Ranks not found".

I get the same thing when I choose the friend rank tab as well.

Is there anything I can do to 'jumpstart' rankings on the site to appear?

It's been almost a month now, and most recently I started doing Expert vocals. My solo career ranking and song ranking for vocals shows up fine, but my guitar still is showing as "No Rank" for both career and by song.

Is there someone I should contact regarding this issue? I'd really like to be able to use this feature of the game.

same here, shows up for singer and drummer, but not for the guitarist(completed all of medium, hard, all but 10 songs on expert.)

Same for me, my guitarist does not show up at all. (And I primarily play the guitar) Yet my drummer shows. I'm starting to think it's only the guitar stats that are not updating.

^It's not just guitar stats that aren't updating....my drum stats haven't updated for roughly 3 weeks.

I don't know for sure how long it's been because I never really paid much attention to the Leaderboards...but now I'm starting to get better, and I realized that the website rankings are way out of whack from the in-game rankings.

It'd be really cool if this feature actually worked...because going in and out of the in-game leaderboards gets tedious.

I actually decided to make a simple spreadsheet that I put all of my high scores into and I've been using that to quickly judge which songs I can improve my high scores on. It has helped me move up the leaderboard...and I actually feel like I'm playing better because of it. I guess it's forcing me to go back and improve on the songs that I squeeked by on the first time!
