A few of them work. Most of them are wastes of time. If you want to try one, make sure it's reputable, make sure you can complete what they're asking for, and then go for it.

Yeah check their terms. Make sure they can't fake you out. Alot of blogs are dedicated to showing people what BS to look for.

I don't like these things that much, just because it's a lot of work that costs you money in the longrun anyway. Usually what you have to do is sign up at their website, then join one of the offers that the site offers you like movies at Blockbuster for a 'lower' price or Mail Order book things, then you have to offer the offer to 10 of your friends through e-mail and every single one of those people have to follow through with the offer, then you, apparently, get sent a free Ipod, Wii, PSP, what ever the hell else that they offer. I just don't think it's worth it, plus, the people you send the offer to don't get anything out of it but knowing that they helped out a friend and I'm sorry, but, in todays world, being nice isn't an Ipod.:rolleyes: But yeah, if you check out some blogs, as said above, you'll be able to determine what site is good or evil. ;)

I'll admit, I tried the PS3 one. But all the offers you had to do required you to pay some amount of money. It's not free if you are required to select a payment. If someone else wants to try it, go ahead. To me, it's just another pyramid scam.

Really I shouldn't be submitting this post, since it has nothing to do with the question stated on the first post. But I thought I should defend myself. So I am not going to post on this thread anymore so I don't "spam" this thread any more than I may have done already.

Please move on and don't call people out, that isn't what this forum was made for. If you like those things go to the GH forums, I hear they are full of posts like the one that you are supporting.

What you're describing is exactly what GH2master (whom you are defending) does incessantly. Which explains why so many people on this board have a problem with him.

Nope. If you only realised that I made a few mistakes with The Beatles Thread (well a few, a lot are the right words), and my opinions are valid. I have backtracked often and apologised, with Julio I disagreed with him twice and he accused me of lonewolfing then made a nice thread all about me being a "deucebag", and with this dude with the advertising I had a problem with simply asking him to stop, particuarly before a certain Sean comes back.

And, if the already-mega-busy legend admin has time to read through these multiple threads, he'll realise that, like the other veterans on these forums, such as xyzliac, babypenguin and even those who I have disagreed with past, showing that although my opinions are often contradictory to the people on this forum people realise that I'm just expressing my opinion, and occasionally I have expressed my opinion in a way which could be contrived as rude.

So please, go to the "deucebag" thread and read what the veterans think. If they're saying I'm ok, and considering they post A LOT more than you do, and their posts aren't deliberate attacks, I'd side with them...

Thx again for those who have bothered to read through these quite horrible threads and defended me. I'm sure I'll be nicer to you next time if politics or the beatles are brought in topic again :P :D see you guys around.

I have no problem with SoraRikuVGM at all. gh2masterwhatever is just plain annoying. He bashes everyone for no reason. You're just standing up for what's obviously wrong. He goes into every forum and completely bashes them for reasons unknown. Take Xyliac's Guide for example. He got so pissed at it, he made a whole thread on how anyone who tries to help the community is just trying to get the mod status to ban "noobs" and delete threads, which is obviously wrong.

Jesus... its a forum, nothing more nothing less. I do not personally know any of you, all we are doing is posting. Beatles thread was so long ago, this thread was long ago too, I thought it was dead.

Its what I'm trying, if you see my last post. You know, I post big opinions, and it conflicts, but I apologise afterwards (knee jerk reaction is the name, by both me and the many other members I've conflicted with).

Like when I first read this thread (after the flaming turned to me) it really annoyed me, I didn't post for a few hours, then I was calmer and less likely to flame. This is what I recommend us all to do, and I certainly will try.
