A quick question about multiplaer BWT

Hey there,
My friend and I are starting the Endless Setlist and I was wondering, if I play the drums on Hard and he plays the guitar on Medium, will I get the gold icon and he's going to get the Inverted color icon? Or are we both going to get gold or inverted color icon?

I believe you will both get the icon associated with the lowest difficulty anyone in your band is playing on. Therefore, you should both get inverted icons. This is similar to the fan gain capping out at the lowest difficulty being played. So if you get 260,000 fans and need to start playing Hard to get more, ALL band members need to play on Hard (or higher) to get more fans, not just one.
