Do you think Atlantis existed?

I really think it existed, and I've narrowed it down to two places. The Island of Santorini (perhaps Minos was mislabeled? Minos had the same fate as Atlantis, much of its landmass was sunken by a large tsunami) or the Azores (Plato said that Atlantis was located outside the Pillars of Heracles, aka the Strait of Gibraltar, and several ocean surveys say that there is a large sunken mountain range outside of the Strait, with the Azores as the peaks).

Discussing Atlantis is pointless. Its stupid, and my point was, there was more important things in life. And just plonking this dead end thread is people looking for more posts on their Post Numbers, and that like I'll go randomly talk about politics, you'll go randomly talking about a myth.

It doesn't really matter to me what my profile says, I usually just pick a random date.

The admin can log my IP, and check it against other accounts. Considering I've been here longer, to suggest that is not only offensive but untrue. Look, you gotta stop posting these comments, cos everytime its reported, and to see a fellow RB fan banned is not a good thing.

Yes however, I believe that Atlantis wasnt exactly called Atlantis. I believe that there is a sunken city of Atlantis' description, but with a different name. When I took my Greek and Roman Humanities course, I discussed this topic with my professor. He and I might as well have lit up a join and passed a bottle of Jack around too, because this conversation we had got REALLY philosophical...lol.
