So I sent off my strat for normal RMA around the end of January... and I haven't heard anything since. I put my guitar in the empty box I was sent and took it to UPS, and now I have no idea where my replacement guitar is...

How do I find out? I've been trying to log into my EA account this whole time but I don't remember the account or password, and if I do, then the site is saying I don't remember... either way, I've filled out the forgotten information forms I don't know HOW MANY times and I get the confirmation page saying an email has been sent with my info, but I NEVER get the email. This is getting really frustrating because I haven't been able to enjoy my game to the fullest for nearly three months.

I've tried calling the support number in the back of the Rock Band manual and it's all automated and there's no option to speak to someone or for anything about the RMA's, you can only seem to get a new one filled out.

All of the contact us stuff for both EA and Rock Band require you to sign in to your account, but I can't do that so what the heck am I supposed to do? I was hoping to have my new guitar by spring break, but I have one week left till then and I highly doubt anything's going to change in one week without me being able to talk to someone.

Can someone please help me? I'm so frustrated with all of this I don't know what to do...

You CAN speak to someone at EA directly on the phone. I did with that number and a lot of other people have to. You just have to go through all the options until the automated system can't help anymore, or just say let me speak to "customer service" if the options require voice recognition (I can't remember if it does). You can also PM one of the HMX people here and maybe they can help you.

Hi R33DH4M,

You can send me a private message (http://www.rockband.com/privatemsg) with your RMA/incident number and the email address you used to submit the RMA. I can then look into this for you.

Cheers,
MetroJack
