Jet - Are You Gonna Be My Girl. Looks like Harmonix beat me to this one. They have a nice drums on the song and the bass line in the beginning. Also there's no instruments during some of the vocals so you can tell your front man how much he sucks. Overall it's an easy going and fun song to play.
Toadies - Possum Kingdom. Now I know that this song was on Guitar Hero, but it's got a nice mix of instruments. And some heavier percussion during the main riff. Also towards the end it's got a nice, dare I say, bass solo sort of. The only down part would be the fact that there's also a rhythm guitar.
Deep Purple - Smoke on the Water. Yes this too was on Guitar Hero but you can't tell me it wouldn't be cool with the build up in the beginning. You got the guitar in the beginning, then the drummer starts on the cymbals, then the bass, the the drummer starts on the kit a little bit. That would just be a good Rock Band experience.
The Knack - My Sharona. With this song, you'll actually want to be the drummer. Also if you actually listen you can hear the bass underneath everything.

Sweet - Ballroom Blitz. I knew there was a song I forgot. This is a good vocal, guitar, and drums song. I'm not so sure about bass, I can't even hear it.
AC/DC - (Insert Song Name). WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO AC/DC IN ANY OF THE GUITAR HERO GAMES? THEY HAVEN'T ANNOUNCED ANY IN GUITAR HERO III YET.
According to Wikipedia, "We've got a lot of songs and artists still that we would love to have. In particular, we've been trying to get Metallica, AC/DC and Led Zeppelin. So hopefully sometime in the near future, my wish and everybody's wish will come true and we can get some of their music in the game." We just need some AC/DC.
