Rock Band & Coke, RB & Redbull... Plus some DLC.. ouch...

So I took the plunge last night on a ton of DLC. The girlfriend and I are sitting around playing Rock Band (for a total of about 7 hours mind you) last night and also having drinks. I love the game, and so does she. I think part of the reason she gets so into it is because I have been a musician for so long, and she can play this game with me an actually participate in that activity. Its cool, I have fun.

Anyways... As the night goes on, and the drinks loosen us up a bit, we decide to buy some DLC. Ended up buying 5 packs, and a few separate songs that don't come in packs. More fun ensued...

I really wonder just how much of the DLC is paid for when people are sitting around having drinks and just say **** it. Expensive little habit. ;)

I drunkenly downloaded "Why Do You Love Me?" and completely embarrassed myself on vocals.

When Rock Band first came out, I downloaded all three packs on release day and a few of the singles without really thinking how much they were. I think MS points have a habit of making the buyer disassociate him or herself from the idea that real money is being used to buy the songs.

I wish I could say I was drunk when I bought "Last Train to Clarksville" by the Monkees. :(

(The only DLC I wish I didn't buy)
