I have a meeting at 10pm. I'm not pleased about it. Which means no drinking for me. :(

Mmmm I had some green beer at the pub down the street from my house. The place was packed with college kids since the nearest university (George Mason U) isn't more than a couple miles away.
It was good to see the green beer flow and celebrate the day :D
I had a class at 8:30 and another scheduled at 1:30, but I decided to get liquored up with friends instead. Now I've been at a bus stop for an hour and a half.
Public Transit, hate.
Our plan is to drink for a few hours with RB, and then to go have a game of paintball. Because paintball is better drunk.

I don't really put much stock in St. Patrick's Day. IMO it's just an excuse for people to get drunker than usual and act dumber than usual. (Same as New Years' for that matter)
If I want to get liquored up or act like a jackass, I can do that on my own without the trappings of a holiday party and green dye plastered on everything.

That's not what it's all about for us Irish , it's about the corned beef and cabbage!
