they just posted this in a bulletin on myspace

"Our song "Buried A Lie" will be featured in the game Dance, Dance Revolution: Hottest Party for the Nintendo Wii. The game will be released on September 25th. We also will be featured in a "guitar" related game coming out this fall as well. Details will come soon."

I hope it's not Rock Band. I had never heard of the band or the song but I just gave it a listen and it didn't sound all that bad until I heard the vocals come in and I actually cringed. I hope this will be a game on GHIII that will be played with the mute option on.

They've been rumored for GH 3 for a long time and they said guitar related specifically so yea probably a bonus in GH 3.

They're pretty good. My cousin is obsessed with them, but, I'm sure why.:confused: I think that the author of that bulletin would have specified a little more than 'guitar related game' if it was for RB, but, since SF hasn't been announced for either game yet, they were most likely told to keep their mouths shut until the info is officially released. Probably GH3, hopefully.:D

I hope not. I just looked it up on youtube and that has got to be the worst song I've ever heard, I'm not even exaggerating. Who in their right mind would ever sign these guys to a record deal, let alone BUY one of their CDs! Repetitive, boring guitar riff, bland drumline, stupid (and I mean really do mean STUPID) lyrics, and my GOD that voice is annoying. I would seriously question Harmonix' motives if this were true.

That being said, the blog did say it was a "guitar" related game, and everyone knows RockBand isn't just about guitar, it's the whole band experience, so my money is on GH3. I pray that I'm right.
