My Drum Pedel snaped in half about 2 weeks ago. As soon as i got my new pedel I placed the old one in the box and took it to my local UPS store for them to mail it out.... Today I got an email saying to send back my old pedel because they havent received it yet. How ever, if I look at the tracking it says this...

I have heard of this happening to others as well. you are not alone. but i dont really know what you should do about it. :(

What you should do is call EA Tech Support. They can straighten it out in a matter of minutes over the phone.
Just do a search in the Tech Support forum here for "phone number". You'll find it in several posts.

many people, including myself, never received return instructions in the box. did you?
I am 100% sure that it's the system itself. If someone does not verify that you haven't sent your pedal in. Then it will automatically send you a message saying it has not been recieved. It's the online system. If you have sent it, you have nothing to worry about. As David said above, it's a good idea to call EA Support and tell them about your issue. It should take a matter of minutes till they fix the problem.
